Warranty and Return Policy – Gürrius Brazil
At Gürrius, each piece is the result of a refined artisanal process, blending aesthetic sophistication with respect for the time required for creation and a commitment to quality. To ensure transparency and trust in your shopping experience, we present our warranty and return policy.
1. Extended Warranty
We offer a 1 (one) year warranty for all pieces purchased from Gürrius, starting from the date of receipt.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects;
Structural issues resulting from the assembly, gluing, or fitting process;
Material defects under Gürrius’ responsibility.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, drops, impacts, incorrect transportation, or exposure to adverse conditions (humidity, direct sunlight, chemicals, etc.);
Natural wear and tear from use;
Modifications, maintenance, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
Note: The warranty is only valid if the usage and care instructions recommended by Gürrius are followed. Each piece comes with or has access to a maintenance guide. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty coverage.
2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Gürrius respects your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
You may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the item, provided that:
The piece shows no signs of use, assembly, or damage;
It is returned with all accessories and in the original packaging (or equivalent, properly protected);
The request is submitted through the support page located in the footer of our website.
After the return and inspection of the piece, we will issue a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit for a new purchase within 15 business days.
3. Exchanges Due to Defects
If a piece shows a manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, Gürrius commits to:
Provide a free repair of the piece;
Replace it with an identical or equivalent item if repair is not possible;
Issue a full refund if neither of the previous options is viable.
Shipping or collection of the piece will be coordinated directly with the customer, with support from our team.
4. Customer Care and Responsibility
The durability and beauty of Gürrius pieces depend on how they are used and maintained. It is essential that the customer:
Follows the care instructions provided by Gürrius;
Avoids environments with excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or intense heat;
Uses only mild, neutral cleaning products;
Avoids overloading or using the item for purposes other than its original function.
These practices are essential to preserve the integrity of the piece and maintain warranty coverage.
